     What is my body type?

Ayurveda believes that the universe is made up of 5 elements, namely, Air, Ether, Fire, Water and Earth. We are also made up of these elements as we are part of the organism of the universe. However, in each of us these elements are put in different proportions. This is why each and everyone of us are unique. The 5 elements create three major energy forces called the "Doshas". They are namely Vaadha (ruled by air and ether), Pittha (ruled by fire and water and Kabha (ruled by water and earth). Your body type will determine your build, texture, habits, vulnerabilities and strengths. These will be based on the attributes of the elements predominant in you.With this brief overview, you can find out what is your body type. Have a great time finding out more about your body.
